Welcome to the web site (the "Site") of ConversionFly, LLC. ( "ConversionFly", "we", "us" and/or "our"). This Site is operated by ConversionFly and has been created for the purpose of providing information about our company and its content and related services (together with the Site, the "Service(s)", "application") to our Service visitors ("you", "your", "user(s)") and our Service visitors' customers (your "customer(s)", your "client(s)", your "visitor(s)"). This Privacy Policy establishes ConversionFly's policy regarding information including personally identifiable data ("Personal Data") and other information that is collected from visitors to the Site and Services as well as your visitors or customers tracked by using the ConversionFly Service.

Information We Collect About You

We ask for certain information like your name, email, address, phone number. We also collect timezone, social media information, browser information, IP address, and account credentials to use ConversionFly. We use this information to run ConversionFly and other things mentioned in this Privacy policy. For your convenience, we use cookies so you don't have to log in to ConversionFly or your 3rd party services every time you visit our website. Additionally we use cookies to customize content and advertising, to provide social media features and to analyse traffic to the site. We also share information about your use of our site with our trusted social media, advertising and analytics partners. When you interact with us through the Services, we may collect Personal Data and other information from you. We collect Personal Data from you when you voluntarily provide such information, such as when you contact us with inquiries, respond to one of our surveys, register for access to the ConversionFly Services or use certain ConversionFly Services. Wherever ConversionFly collects Personal Data we make an effort to provide a link to this Privacy Policy. You can choose at any time to opt out by contacting support at You can also contact us to opt out of your information being used for purposes other than it was originally collected.

By voluntarily providing us with Personal Data, you are consenting to our use of it in accordance with this Privacy Policy. If you provide Personal Data to the Services, you acknowledge and agree that such Personal Data may be transferred from your current location to the offices and servers of ConversionFly and the authorized third parties. The Personal Information that you provide can be accessed at any time through your account or you can contact our customer support at if you need help accessing your account.

In operating the Services, we may use a technology called "cookies." A cookie is a piece of information that the computer that hosts our Services gives to your browser when you access the Services. Our cookies help provide additional functionality to the Services and help us analyze Services usage more accurately. For instance, our Services may set a cookie on your browser that allows you to access the Services without needing to remember and then enter a password more than once during a visit to the Services. In effort to better understand and serve the users of the ConversionFly Services, ConversionFly often conducts research on its customer demographics, interests and behavior based on the Personal Data and other information provided to us. This research may be compiled and analyzed on an aggregate basis, and ConversionFly may share this aggregate data with its affiliates, agents and business partners. This aggregate information does not identify you personally. ConversionFly may also disclose aggregated user statistics in order to describe our services to current and prospective business partners, and to other third parties for other lawful purposes. We will keep any information that you provide to us unless specifically requested that we delete your information and no services are active. You have the option to stop receiving communications from us. Each communication we may send you will contain instructions permitting you to "opt-out" of receiving future communications. If at any time you wish not to receive any future communications or you wish to have your name deleted from our mailing lists, please contact us as indicated below. Information We Collect About Your Visitors and Customers

For the purpose of you being able to get in-depth analytics to help you optimize your marketing campaigns, we collect information such as name, email, public social media information, address, phone number, purchase information (excluding credit card information), cookie, and IP address of your website visitors and customers.

We also place cookies on the browsers of your visitors or customers for tracking accuracy.

We keep this data as described in our Terms of Service.

When your visitors or customers interact with us through the Services, we may collect Personal Data and other information from them. For the purpose of helping you optimize your marketing campaigns (or using the ConversionFly Service), we collect, but not limited to, the information outlined below:

  • Name
  • Email Address
  • Public Social Media Information
  • Purchase information provided by third parties, excluding credit card information, such as, billing name, billing email address, physical address, phone number, purchase amount, purchase items, and IP address.
  • IP Address

We also use cookies for your visitors and customers for the purpose of tracking accuracy to use the ConversionFly service.

We may keep your customer and visitor information that has been collected after your account is deleted for the purpose of your data being retained if you decide to reactivate service or as otherwise described in our Terms of Service. Our Use of Personal Data and Other Information

ConversionFly won't sell or rent your personal information.

We use personal data to run ConversionFly. We may use personal data to provide you with predictions about other services you might be interested in.

If we intend to use your personal data in a way not described in this Privacy Policy, we will let you know when we collect that information.

We use your visitors' personal and non-personal data to provide you metrics and help you optimize your marketing campaigns.

We may use anonymous user data to provide certain features for users or understand our customer base better.

ConversionFly will not sell or rent to any third party any of the personal information or data that you provide to us. ConversionFly uses the Personal Data you provide in a manner that is consistent with this Privacy Policy.

If you provide Personal Data for a particular reason, we may use the Personal Data for the reason which it was provided. For example, if you contact us by email, we will use the Personal Data you provide to answer your question or resolve your problem. Also, if you provide Personal Data in order to obtain access to the ConversionFly Services, we will use your Personal Data to provide you with access to such services and to monitor your use of such services.

ConversionFly and its subsidiaries and affiliates (the "ConversionFly Related Companies") may also use your Personal Data and other personally non-identifiable information collected through the Services to help us improve the content and functionality of the Services, to better understand our users and to improve the Services. ConversionFly and its related companies may use this information to contact you in the future to tell you about services we believe will be of interest to you. Each communication we may send you will contain instructions permitting you to "opt-out" of receiving future communications. If at any time you wish not to receive any future communications or you wish to have your name deleted from our mailing lists, please contact us as indicated below.

We also store your visitors and customers personal and non-personal data as described in the "Information We Collect About Your Visitors and Customers" section above for the purpose of providing you the features and functions of the ConversionFly Service. These mentioned features and functions store this data for the purpose of helping you optimize your marketing campaigns, helping us understand our customer base, and helping us improve our Services. We do not sell or rent personal information we collect on your customers and visitors to any third party.

We may use anonymous user data to provide certain features for users of the Service or to understand our customer base better.

If ConversionFly intends on using any Personal Data in any manner that is not consistent with this Privacy Policy, you will be informed of such anticipated use prior to or at the time at which the Personal Data is collected.

Third-Party Service Integration

To use ConversionFly's "Ad-Sync" functionality, we need to store authorization tokens for third-party services (Facebook, Adwords, etc). We do NOT store the credentials of 3rd party services you integrate with ConversionFly. They are only used to access data you tell us to. We also store any data that is requested from a third party service to run ConversionFly.

To use ConversionFly's "Product-Sync" functionality, we store all data that you send to ConversionFly through your payment processor. This data includes personally identifying data of your customers. We display some of that information inside of your ConversionFly account for the purpose of you being able to leverage that data to help you optimize your marketing campaigns.

We do not sell or distribute any data collected by 3rd party services.

Our Service allows you to integrate various online third-party services ("Third-Party Services"). In order to take advantage of this feature, you may need to authenticate, register for or log into Third-Party Services through the Service or on the websites of their respective providers. When you enable or log in to Third-Party Services through the Service, we will collect relevant information necessary to enable the Service to access that Third-Party Service and your data and content contained within that Third-Party Service ("Login Credentials"). We may store your Login Credentials long enough to enable linking to the Third-Party Service.

When you enable the Service to use Third-Party Services, the Third-Party Services will provide us with access to certain information that you may have provided to the Third-Party Services, and we will use, store and disclose such information in accordance with this Privacy Policy and the rules you set to govern the enabling. However, please remember that the manner in which Third-Party Services use, store and disclose your information is governed by the policies of such Third-Party Services, and ConversionFly shall have no liability or responsibility for the privacy practices or other actions of any Third-Party Services that may be enabled within the Service.

We may store all data that is sent to us by the Third-Party services in encrypted form on our server(s). This data is stored with the intent of being displayed within the ConversionFly application for the intent as described above in the "Information We Collect About Your Visitors and Customers" and "Our Use of Personal Data and Other Information" sections or for the purpose of tracking accuracy of the metrics provided by the ConversionFly application. The disclosure of this data is covered in the "Our Disclosure of Your Personal Data and Other Information" section.

Third-Party Payment Processor

We use a third party payment processor, Stripe, for all payments for the ConversionFly service. We do not store credit card details. We rely on Stripe for this.

We use a third party payment processor to process payments made to us. In connection with the processing of such payments, we do not retain any financial information such as credit card numbers. Rather, all such information is provided directly to our third party processor, Stripe, whose use of your personal information is governed by their privacy policy. The manner in which Stripe uses, stores and discloses your information is governed by the policies of Stripe, and ConversionFly shall have no liability or responsibility for the privacy practices or other actions of Stripe.

Our Disclosure of Your Personal Data and Other Information

We do not sell your personal data. We do not distribute your information without prior consent.

If we hire or contract another company to help us, we only provide data that is necessary for their work to be done.

If we sell our company, or a part of the company that your data belongs to, your personal data may be included in the transfer.

ConversionFly is not in the interest of selling your information. We take privacy seriously. We do the best we can to respect and protect your information. However, certain circumstances may arise where we may share your Personal Data with certain third parties without further notice to you. These instances are described as below:

Business Transfers:  As we grow, we might sell or buy businesses or assets. In the event of a corporate sale, merger, reorganization, dissolution or similar event, Personal Data may be part of the transferred assets.

Related Companies: We may also share your Personal Data with our Related Companies for purposes consistent with this Privacy Policy. 

Agents, Consultants and Related Third Parties: We may hire other companies to perform certain business-related functions. Examples of this are, but are not limited to, maintaining databases, marketing services, and payment processing. When we employ another company to perform a task or function for ConversionFly, we only provide the information that is needed to perform their specific function or task.

Legal Requirements: ConversionFly may disclose your Personal Data if required to do so by law or in the good faith or belief that such action is necessary to do the following:     i. Comply with a legal obligation.    ii. Protect and defend the rights or property of ConversionFly.     iii. Protect the personal safety of Service Users or the public.    iv. Protect against legal liability.

We may distribute non-personally identifying data, such as metrics in your ConversionFly account, to be available for view on the ConversionFly Site and/or ConversionFly Users.


This privacy policy only applies to private information we collect. If you post information in a public place, like our Docs Site, this is public information and can be shared and reproduced.

If you have (or are under) an Agency account, some of your personal information may be available to the account holder and other account members.

Any information sent to our support chat is governed by Intercom's Privacy Policy.

This Privacy Policy does not apply to any Personal Data collected by ConversionFly other than Personal Data collected through the Services. This Privacy Policy shall not apply to any unsolicited information you provide to ConversionFly through the Services or through any other means. This includes, but is not limited to, information posted to any public areas of the Services, such as our Docs Site (collectively, "Public Areas"), any ideas for new products or modifications to existing products, and other unsolicited submissions (collectively, "Unsolicited Information"). All Unsolicited Information shall be deemed to be non-confidential and ConversionFly shall be free to reproduce, use, disclose, and distribute such Unsolicited Information to others without limitation or attribution.

If you join an Agency account, you are agreeing that some of your information will be shared with the account holder and other account members. In particular, the account holder will have access to all information you provide ConversionFly including logon credentials. You also are agreeing to other account members may have access to your name, email address, metrics from your funnels, and avatar (if any). You are solely responsible for any information you share via an Agency account, which is posted at your own risk.

We use a third party service provided by Intercom, Inc. to be able to message and email website visitors and service members. Any information sent to our support chat or email is governed by Intercom's Privacy Policy. Intercom is solely responsible for the privacy, security, and storage of data sent over our support chat or email.

Use of Services by Minors

You and your visitors must be at least 13 years old to use ConversionFly.

ConversionFly does not knowingly collect Personal Data from children under the age of 13. If you are under the age of 13, please do not submit any Personal Data through the Services. This includes and data that is submitted or collected through the ConversionFly Service on your visitors. You assume full legal responsibility for any data collected by your use of the ConversionFly Service from children under the age of 13.

We encourage parents and legal guardians to monitor their children's Internet usage and to help enforce our Privacy Policy by instructing their children never to provide Personal Data on the Services without their permission.

If you have reason to believe that a child under the age of 13 has provided Personal Data to ConversionFly through the Services, please contact us, and we will make our best effort to delete that information from our databases.

We commonly link or refer to third-party sites. This privacy policy is only applicable to our sites.

This Privacy Policy applies only to the Services. The Services may contain links to other web sites not operated or controlled by ConversionFly (the "Third-Party Sites"). The policies and procedures we described here do not apply to the Third-Party Sites. The links from the Services do not imply that ConversionFly endorses or has reviewed the Third-Party Sites. We suggest contacting those sites directly for information on their privacy policies.


We take many steps to ensure your private information and account credentials are safe. If you find a security problem, contact us and we will fix it immediately. Keep in mind, emails and communications with us are not encrypted.

ConversionFly takes reasonable steps to protect the Personal Data provided via the Services from loss, misuse, and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no Internet or email transmission is ever fully secure or error free. In particular, email sent to or from the Services may not be secure. Therefore, you should take special care in deciding what information you send to us via email. Please keep this in mind when disclosing any Personal Data to ConversionFly via the Internet. If You have reason to believe that Your interaction with us is no longer secure (for example, if you feel that the security of Your account has been compromised), please contact us immediately.

Changes to ConversionFly's Privacy Policy

If anything changes in our Privacy Policy, we will let you know via a message within the ConversionFly web-app or an email. This page represents the most up-to-date policy.

The Services and our business may change from time to time. As a result, at times it may be necessary for ConversionFly to make changes to this Privacy Policy. ConversionFly reserves the right to update or modify this Privacy Policy at any time. If we do this, we will post the changes to this Privacy Policy on this page and will indicate at the top of this page the date these terms were last revised.
