Information We Collect About Your Visitors and Customers
For the purpose of you being able to get in-depth analytics to help you optimize your marketing campaigns, we collect information such as name, email, public social media information, address, phone number, purchase information (excluding credit card information), cookie, and IP address of your website visitors and customers.
We also place cookies on the browsers of your visitors or customers for tracking accuracy.
We keep this data as described in our Terms of Service.
Our Use of Personal Data and Other Information
ConversionFly won’t sell or rent your personal information.
We use personal data to run ConversionFly. We may use personal data to provide you with predictions about other services you might be interested in.
We use your visitors’ personal and non-personal data to provide you metrics and help you optimize your marketing campaigns.
We may use anonymous user data to provide certain features for users or understand our customer base better.
Third-Party Service Integration
To use ConversionFly’s “Ad-Sync” functionality, we need to store authorization tokens for third-party services (Facebook, Adwords, etc). We do NOT store the credentials of 3rd party services you integrate with ConversionFly. They are only used to access data you tell us to. We also store any data that is requested from a third party service to run ConversionFly.
To use ConversionFly’s “Product-Sync” functionality, we store all data that you send to ConversionFly through your payment processor. This data includes personally identifying data of your customers. We display some of that information inside of your ConversionFly account for the purpose of you being able to leverage that data to help you optimize your marketing campaigns.
We do not sell or distribute any data collected by 3rd party services.
Our Service allows you to integrate various online third-party services (“Third-Party Services”). In order to take advantage of this feature, you may need to authenticate, register for or log into Third-Party Services through the Service or on the websites of their respective providers. When you enable or log in to Third-Party Services through the Service, we will collect relevant information necessary to enable the Service to access that Third-Party Service and your data and content contained within that Third-Party Service (“Login Credentials”). We may store your Login Credentials long enough to enable linking to the Third-Party Service.
We may store all data that is sent to us by the Third-Party services in encrypted form on our server(s). This data is stored with the intent of being displayed within the ConversionFly application for the intent as described above in the “Information We Collect About Your Visitors and Customers” and “Our Use of Personal Data and Other Information” sections or for the purpose of tracking accuracy of the metrics provided by the ConversionFly application. The disclosure of this data is covered in the “Our Disclosure of Your Personal Data and Other Information” section.
Third-Party Payment Processor
We use a third party payment processor, Stripe, for all payments for the ConversionFly service. We do not store credit card details. We rely on Stripe for this.
Our Disclosure of Your Personal Data and Other Information
We do not sell your personal data. We do not distribute your information without prior consent.
If we hire or contract another company to help us, we only provide data that is necessary for their work to be done.
If we sell our company, or a part of the company that your data belongs to, your personal data may be included in the transfer.
ConversionFly is not in the interest of selling your information. We take privacy seriously. We do the best we can to respect and protect your information. However, certain circumstances may arise where we may share your Personal Data with certain third parties without further notice to you. These instances are described as below:
Business Transfers: As we grow, we might sell or buy businesses or assets. In the event of a corporate sale, merger, reorganization, dissolution or similar event, Personal Data may be part of the transferred assets.
Agents, Consultants and Related Third Parties: We may hire other companies to perform certain business-related functions. Examples of this are, but are not limited to, maintaining databases, marketing services, and payment processing. When we employ another company to perform a task or function for ConversionFly, we only provide the information that is needed to perform their specific function or task.
Legal Requirements: ConversionFly may disclose your Personal Data if required to do so by law or in the good faith or belief that such action is necessary to do the following: i. Comply with a legal obligation. ii. Protect and defend the rights or property of ConversionFly. iii. Protect the personal safety of Service Users or the public. iv. Protect against legal liability.
We may distribute non-personally identifying data, such as metrics in your ConversionFly account, to be available for view on the ConversionFly Site and/or ConversionFly Users.
If you have (or are under) an Agency account, some of your personal information may be available to the account holder and other account members.
If you join an Agency account, you are agreeing that some of your information will be shared with the account holder and other account members. In particular, the account holder will have access to all information you provide ConversionFly including logon credentials. You also are agreeing to other account members may have access to your name, email address, metrics from your funnels, and avatar (if any). You are solely responsible for any information you share via an Agency account, which is posted at your own risk.
Use of Services by Minors
You and your visitors must be at least 13 years old to use ConversionFly.
ConversionFly does not knowingly collect Personal Data from children under the age of 13. If you are under the age of 13, please do not submit any Personal Data through the Services. This includes and data that is submitted or collected through the ConversionFly Service on your visitors. You assume full legal responsibility for any data collected by your use of the ConversionFly Service from children under the age of 13.
If you have reason to believe that a child under the age of 13 has provided Personal Data to ConversionFly through the Services, please contact us, and we will make our best effort to delete that information from our databases.
Links to Other Web Sites
We take many steps to ensure your private information and account credentials are safe. If you find a security problem, contact us and we will fix it immediately. Keep in mind, emails and communications with us are not encrypted.
ConversionFly takes reasonable steps to protect the Personal Data provided via the Services from loss, misuse, and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no Internet or email transmission is ever fully secure or error free. In particular, email sent to or from the Services may not be secure. Therefore, you should take special care in deciding what information you send to us via email. Please keep this in mind when disclosing any Personal Data to ConversionFly via the Internet. If You have reason to believe that Your interaction with us is no longer secure (for example, if you feel that the security of Your account has been compromised), please contact us immediately.
